In refer to inventory management of many enterprises in China, there are some problems such as a false inventory ac- counting, inventory storage loophole and the low ability of inventory management personnel. To solve these problems, enterpri- ses should strengthen the inventory financial accounting, inventory purchasing management, inventory storage, and improve the quality of the enterprise personnel, establishment of inventory management information systems for the enterprise development.
