As one special and important type of higher education, University of Applied Sciences （UAS） has deepened the reform of and systematized the former educational stereotypes. Accordingly, the teaching quality monitoring system must also be altered. The establishment and perfecting of teaching quality monitoring system of secondary schools will highlight and strengthen the features of various disciplines and majors, improve the effectiveness of theoretical and practical teaching as well as meet the social demands better.
