The party＇s basic-level organization is the fighting forts of social organizations. Firstly it must try its best to create more jobs, and continue to improve people＇s income level which can solidify people＇s basis of material life; Secondly, by conducting a variety of activities to rich people＇s spiritual life; Finally to build a new political structure of democratic life to safeguard the people. These are enable for people to live more dignity.
