基于工业工程的专业背景,分析了人因工程课程的重要性及其特点;其次,从教材、教师、学生3方面,讨论了我国普通高校人因工程实验课程授课效果不佳的具体情况,并据此,探讨我国普通高校人因工程实验教学的现状及存在问题;提出了我国普通高校人因工程实验教学改进的3点建议。

Firstly,based on the profession background of industry engineering,the paper analyzes the importance and characteristics of human factors engineering.Secondly,from textbooks,teachers and students,the detailed situation of bad teaching effect for human factors engineering experiment teaching has been discussed.Accordingly,the present situation and problems of human factors engineering experiment teaching are discussed for universities in our country;Lastly,improving suggestions are put forward for experiment teaching of human factors engineering.
