针对炼化裂化C_4馏分中的二硫化物,探索采用复配萃取剂SW-Ⅰ进行脱硫,考察了温度、空速、剂油比、萃取级数对脱硫效果的影响。试验结果表明:SW-Ⅰ剂对炼厂C_4馏分中的二甲基二硫具有脱硫效果好、萃取剂用量较小、操作条件温和。在静态和动态脱硫试验中,SW-I剂均表现出优良的脱硫效果,脱硫率达96%以上。

침대련화열화C_4류분중적이류화물,탐색채용복배췌취제SW-Ⅰ진행탈류,고찰료온도、공속、제유비、췌취급수대탈류효과적영향。시험결과표명:SW-Ⅰ제대련엄C_4류분중적이갑기이류구유탈류효과호、췌취제용량교소、조작조건온화。재정태화동태탈류시험중,SW-I제균표현출우량적탈류효과,탈류솔체96%이상。
For the disulfide from the C_4 distillation cut of cracking refinery,the complex SW-I extraction of desulfurization was developed,the influence to desulfurization efficiency of temperature,air speed,the ratio of catalyst to oil,extraction stages were studied.The results show that SW-I exhibit better efficiency of desulfurization,less consumption of extraction and mild operational conditions to dimethyl disulfide from C_4 distillation cut of refineries. SW-I show excellent ability of desulfurization in the static and dynamic tests,the rate of desulfurization up to 96%or more.
