以丙烯酸和环己醇为原料合成丙烯酸环己酯,考察了不同催化剂、阻聚剂用量、催化剂用量、醇酸比及反应时间对丙烯酸转化率和选择性的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件为:催化剂为甲基苯磺酸,用量为1%,醇酸比为1.5,阻聚剂为3‰,带水剂用量为5%,丙烯酸转化率大于90%,选择性大于80%.
以丙烯痠和環己醇為原料閤成丙烯痠環己酯,攷察瞭不同催化劑、阻聚劑用量、催化劑用量、醇痠比及反應時間對丙烯痠轉化率和選擇性的影響,得到的最佳工藝條件為:催化劑為甲基苯磺痠,用量為1%,醇痠比為1.5,阻聚劑為3‰,帶水劑用量為5%,丙烯痠轉化率大于90%,選擇性大于80%.

Cyclohexyl acrylate is synthesized with Acrylic acid and cyclohexanol.The amount of catalyst and the different catalysts,the amount of inhibitor and catalyst,the ratio of cyclohexanol to Acrylic acid and reaction time was investigated.The results indicated that: The catalyst of benzenesulfonic acid was 1%;The ratio of cyclohexanol to Acrylic acid was 1.5,inhibitor was 3 ‰,the solvent was 5%;the conversion of acrylic acid is above 90% and the selectivity is above 80%.
