The third coal seam is the major mining coal seam of Tianchen property with a production capacity of 2.00Mt/a locating at the middle of Tengnan coal field.Geological condition of Tianchen property is so complicated that gateways of coal faces are always with inflexion points.By the impact of the inflexion point,the coal face needs adjustment of the direction.And this will serious impacts the adopt speed what will constrain single yield of coal face increasing.There's a new method used in 317 full-mechanized coal face which takes advantage of the retaining roadways along goaf to place the hydraulic support.
