建立了一种染料中间体2，3-二溴丙酰氯含量的分析方法，该方法基于将2，3-二溴丙酰氯衍生化。通过与苯胺酰胺化几乎定量制得2，3-二溴丙酰苯胺，再经液相色谱外标法得到2，3-二溴丙酰苯胺的标准工作曲线，从而测定出2，3-二溴丙酰氯的含量。给出了该方法的线性回归方程，线性相关系数r=0．9997，线性范围0．1341～0．6707mg/mL，标准偏差为0．005，变异系数0．5％，回收率99．81％-100．05％。

An analysis method for a dye intermediate 2, 3-dibromopropionyl chloride was established. The method was based on derivation of 2, 3-dibromopropionyl chlor/de. 2, 3-Dibromo-N-phenylpropanamide was almost quantitatively prepared from 2, 3-dibromopropionyl chloride and aniline by amidation. The external standard calibration curve of 2, 3-dibromo-N-phenylpropanamide was obtained by HPLC, thus the content of 2, 3-dibromopropionyl chloride was determined. The linear regression equation of the method was given, the liner correlation coefficient was 0. 9997, the linear range was 0. 134 1-0. 670 7 mg/mL, the standard deviation was 0. 005, the variation coefficient was 0. 5%, the recovery rate was 99. 81% - 100. 05%.
