从20世纪80年代中叶起,随着国民经济的快速发展,对水和电能的需求也成倍增长。为了缓解日趋紧张的水电消耗,必须采取有效措施,实行节水、节电科学的管理。对传统酿酒企业生产过程节水、节电技术及其应用措施进行了探讨,并提出了生产过程节水和节电的具体管理制度和措施。
從20世紀80年代中葉起,隨著國民經濟的快速髮展,對水和電能的需求也成倍增長。為瞭緩解日趨緊張的水電消耗,必鬚採取有效措施,實行節水、節電科學的管理。對傳統釀酒企業生產過程節水、節電技術及其應用措施進行瞭探討,併提齣瞭生產過程節水和節電的具體管理製度和措施。

Water demand and power demand in China has doubled and redoubled since 1980's with rapid development of national economy, In order to deal with the increasingly serious water and power consumption, effectively measures must be adopted right now and scientific management of water-saving and power-saving must be practiced.
