指出了煤炭一直是我国能源主体,长期采煤活动产生了诸多环境地质问题,亟待治理并进行必要的土地复垦。介绍了煤矿区存在的主要环境地质问题,分析了其产生原因,针对这些问题,提出了将林业复垦作为矿区首选复垦模式,详细地论述了其潜在优势,分阶段阐述了林业复垦途径,并给出了复垦效益评价标准。

Coal has been the key component of energy resources in China,however,long--term mining activities had caused a lot of environmental geologic problems, which are urgent to carry out restoration and land reclamation. This paper firstly introduces the main environmental geologic problems and analyses the causes of them. To solve these problems, the afforestation reclamation is proposed as a preferred reclama- tion pattern for mine lands and its big advantages are discussed in detail. Then the implementation process including two stages and the efficiency evaluation criteria of afforestation reclamation are described.
