    This article researched from these aspects that the arable land and basic farmland, industrial and mining land for construction in urban, rural residential land use, the land use for transportation, the land for water conservancy facilities, the ecological land use and etc, and proposed the specific programs for the layout and space to adjust in Huaihua city.
