很多气雾剂产品具备易燃易爆危险品的特征。但是由于气雾剂产品产地众多、使用分散,并不像普通危险品一样可以相对集中地管理和使用。这种生产使用双分散的特征是造成气雾剂火灾爆炸事故的重要原因之一。文章基于网络的分布式管理及使用特点,构建了基于网络的气雾剂火灾危险性全社会分布式管理模式,服务于终端用户、生产储存单位管理人员、执法人员,并设计相关软件以供参考。本管理模式的实施对气雾剂火灾爆炸隐患的监控、消除均有一定的意义。

Many aerosol products have the characteristics of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods.The difference is the production addresses of aerosols are spread around of the nation,but the dangerous chemicals＇ origins are relative concentration.The double disperse characteristic of produce and use of aerosols are the important causation of the fire and explosive accidents.Based on the distributing characteristic of the network,the network database was design to support the distributed management mode on distributed management of aerosol producers and use safety of aerosol products＇ users.The implementation of the management can be used on the fire and explosion risk of aerosol monitoring and elimination.
