针对目前大坝安全监测管理信息系统中存在的不足,结合大坝安全监控管理的发展需要,研究了基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)结构的大坝安全监测管理信息系统。以B/S体系结构为基础,采用ASP.NET(C#)技术和SQLServer2005数据库进行系统设计和程序实现,主要包括系统开发目标拟定、开发环境选择、总体结构设计、系统功能设计及其程序实现等。系统界面友好,使用方便,可靠性高,已成功用于碧口等多个大坝工程安全监测,其运行状况良好,能及时、准确、方便地管理大坝安全监测的各类数据信息,实时监控大坝安全运行。
針對目前大壩安全鑑測管理信息繫統中存在的不足,結閤大壩安全鑑控管理的髮展需要,研究瞭基于B/S(瀏覽器/服務器)結構的大壩安全鑑測管理信息繫統。以B/S體繫結構為基礎,採用ASP.NET(C#)技術和SQLServer2005數據庫進行繫統設計和程序實現,主要包括繫統開髮目標擬定、開髮環境選擇、總體結構設計、繫統功能設計及其程序實現等。繫統界麵友好,使用方便,可靠性高,已成功用于碧口等多箇大壩工程安全鑑測,其運行狀況良好,能及時、準確、方便地管理大壩安全鑑測的各類數據信息,實時鑑控大壩安全運行。

Aimed at the deficiency of management information system development of for dam safety monitoring presently,considering the developing demand of dam safety monitoring and management,researched on the management information system for dam safety monitoring based on B/S(Browser/Server) structure.Based on B/S system structure,the system is designed and realized by adopting ASP.NET(C#) technique and SQL server 2005 database,mainly including development goal drafting,development environment selection,overall structure design,system function design and program realization etc..The system,with such merits as friendly interface,convenient utility and high reliability,and has been used in many dam projects security monitoring such as BiKou successfully,showing good operation condition,being capable of managing all kinds of dam safety monitoring information promptly,accurately and conveniently,to monitor the safe operation of the dam in real time.
