高技能人才是社会的财富,目前我国高技能人才的供需失衡,已成为经济发展的瓶颈。历史赋予了高职教育承担高技能人才培养之重任,文章着重分析了我国高技能人才培养存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了对策和建议,旨在使高职教育更适应市场经济需求。

Talents with high-tech are social wealth. In recent years, the supply and demand of talents with high-tech in china are imbalance which become economic development bottlenecks. Professorship education undertakes the responsibility of talents with high-tech training in the history. The paper discusses the problems of talents with high-tech in china and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. It aims to make professorship education meet the needs of market economic more properly.
