目的：应用彩色多普勒超声研究单纯收缩期高血压患者的颈动脉频谱变化。方法：对158例单纯收缩期高血压患者及30例单纯舒张期高血压患者、32例收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压患者进行彩色多普勒超声颈动脉检测。结果：原发性高血压患者的颈动脉超声表现均为内径增宽、中-内膜厚度增厚（平均增厚1.0～1.4 mm）、峰值流速减慢;单纯收缩期高血压患者的颈动脉阻力指数明显增高（颈总动脉：0.86±0.07、颈内动脉：0.73±0.06、颈外动脉：0.91±0.09）。结论：研究显示彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉阻力指数,对原发性高血压的分型有明确的指导意义。
목적：응용채색다보륵초성연구단순수축기고혈압환자적경동맥빈보변화。방법：대158례단순수축기고혈압환자급30례단순서장기고혈압환자、32례수축기고혈압합병서장기고혈압환자진행채색다보륵초성경동맥검측。결과：원발성고혈압환자적경동맥초성표현균위내경증관、중-내막후도증후（평균증후1.0～1.4 mm）、봉치류속감만;단순수축기고혈압환자적경동맥조력지수명현증고（경총동맥：0.86±0.07、경내동맥：0.73±0.06、경외동맥：0.91±0.09）。결론：연구현시채색다보륵초성검측경동맥조력지수,대원발성고혈압적분형유명학적지도의의。
Objective： To investigate color Doppler ultrasound spectrum of carotid artery in patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods： One hundred and fifty-eight cases of isolated systolic hypertension,30 cases of isolated diastolic hypertension and 32 cases of systolic hypertension and diastolic hypertension were conducted carotid artery testing with color Doppler ultrasound.Results： Widened carotid diameter,thickened intima（average thickness 1.0~1.4 millimeter） and slowed peak flow rate were observed in all essential hypertension patients.However,carotid artery resistance index was significantly highest in isolated systolic hypertension group（carotid： 0.86±0.07 millimeter,internal carotid artery： 0.73±0.06 millimeter,the external carotid artery： 0.91±0.09 millimeter）.Conclusion： The study showed that ultrasound carotid artery resistance index could be a guide to the classification of essential hypertension.
