通过对光电子工作特性的分析,得出了光电效应中的光电流是随外电压呈阶段性变化的结论。由此提出用分段线性方法拟合光电流的伏安特性曲线,并以它的变化区与反向饱和区的拟合直线的交点作为遏止电压点,有效减小了拐点区数据测量不稳定性带来的影响,提高了实验结果准确性。

By analyzing the working characteristics of photoelectron,a conclusion that photocurrent changes in stage following with changing of its voltage is presented.A method based on piecewise linear fitting is proposed to fit the volt-ampere characteristics curve of photocurrent.It regards the point where the two fitted lines of changing area and reverse saturation area in curve intersect as cut-off voltage point,and decrease the negative effect from the measuring instability in inflection erea.So the accuracy of experimental results promoted.
