着重介绍了激光熔覆技术在锻压、塑料等模具表面处理中的研究现状,分析了模具表面处理中存在的问题,如气孔、变形和开裂等,指出了激光熔覆技术的未来发展方向:激光熔覆多源复杂信息耦合的研究、激光熔覆基础理论研究、激光熔覆材料的设计与开发、激光熔覆工艺模型的建立以及激光熔覆设备的改进。
著重介紹瞭激光鎔覆技術在鍛壓、塑料等模具錶麵處理中的研究現狀,分析瞭模具錶麵處理中存在的問題,如氣孔、變形和開裂等,指齣瞭激光鎔覆技術的未來髮展方嚮:激光鎔覆多源複雜信息耦閤的研究、激光鎔覆基礎理論研究、激光鎔覆材料的設計與開髮、激光鎔覆工藝模型的建立以及激光鎔覆設備的改進。
착중개소료격광용복기술재단압、소료등모구표면처리중적연구현상,분석료모구표면처리중존재적문제,여기공、변형화개렬등,지출료격광용복기술적미래발전방향:격광용복다원복잡신식우합적연구、격광용복기출이론연구、격광용복재료적설계여개발、격광용복공예모형적건립이급격광용복설비적개진。
The development status of laser cladding technology in the surface treatment of forging and plastic mold was mainly introduced in this thesis.The existing problems in mold surface treatment,such as air hole,deformation and cracking etc.,were analyzed,and the development direction of laser cladding technology was suggested,namely study on laser cladding technology based on Multi-sources information fusion,study on the basis theory about laser cladding,design and development of laser cladding materials,establishment of laser cladding technology model and improvement of laser cladding equipment.
