This paper introduces the connotation of maritime law enforcement credibility and the significance of promotion of maritime law enforcement credibility,then analyzes the main factors that influent the promotion of maritime law enforcement credibility,and finally proposes the suggestions for promoting maritime law enforcement credibility from three aspects of the systematic legislation in maritime activities,improvement of law enforcement system and cultivation of law enforcement officials.
