教育实习是高师院校教育教学的重要组成部分,在教师专业成长的过程中发挥着重要的作用。目前我国高师院校的教育实习存在以下几个问题：教育实习学校选点难,高师院校与实习基地学校利益不对等,教育实习时间短且安排不合理,成绩评定考核制度不严且流于形式。针对教育实习中存在的问题,提出若干提高教育实习有效性的建议。

Educational practice is an important part in teachers colleges,which plays an important role in the process of teacher professional development.At present in our country there are many problems about educational practice in teachers colleges.For example,it is difficult to choose good practice schools,the imbalance interests relationship between university and the practice school,educational practice time short and arrangements unreasonable.According to the problems existing in the education practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions of improving education practice effectiveness.
