高职高专人才培养目标是培养高技能、高素质的专职人才,学生职业能力的培养是整个学生培养工作的重中之重,本论文侧重于提出构建＂职业模拟公司教学模式＂,从明晰＂模拟公司培养模式＂的理论基础;＂模拟公司培养模式＂的设计思路与构建;践行＂双线并行、三级递进＂的培养模式,即：学生专业技能培养实行＂初中高＂三级递进和学生职业素养培养实行＂一二三＂三级递进等几个方面着手,积极探讨汽车检测与维修技术专业基于＂模拟公司＂的职业能力培养模式,在践行了行为导向教学理念的基础上,创新了高职学生职业能力培养思路,实现职业教育人才培养目标。
