为了更准确地测定食品中的柠檬黄,将样品前处理后,过0.45μm膜,采用戴安高效液相色谱仪测定,色谱柱为Luna5uC18(2)100A,250×4.6mm,柱温30.0℃,以甲醇+0.02mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,进样量为10μL,检测波长为420nm,并同时进行了回收率的试验。结果表明,该法可消除样品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的干扰,同时减少了溶剂峰和溶剂杂质对目标物的影响,分析结果准确。

For the acute determination of tartrazine in food stuff,HPLC is applied to separate and determinate the tartrazine,The sample is firstly pretreated and then filters the 0.45 μm membrane.The chromatographic column is Luna 5 u C18(2) 100 A,250×4.6 mm and its temperature is 30.0℃.The combination of methyl alcohol plus the 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate is taken as the mobile phase.With the injection volume of 10 μL and detection wavelength of 420 nm,the sample undergoes the test of recovery ratio.The final result points out that this method can delete the interference of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in sample,lessen the effects of solvent peak and solvent impurities to ensure its correct and acute analyzing report.
