对河北省昌黎县7个类别17个品种的夏秋蔬菜Vc营养及硝酸盐含量进行检测,结果表明,类别间Vc平均含量高低顺序为茄果类、白菜类、茎菜类、甘蓝类、葱蒜类、根菜类、瓜类;7个类别17个品种的蔬菜Vc含量,按标准要求,只有芹菜叶、蒜、油菜、西胡芦、茄子、洋葱达标,达标率为31.58%。类别间硝酸盐平均含量高低顺序为白菜类、根菜类、茎菜类、甘蓝类、葱蒜类、瓜类、茄果类;7个类别17个品种的蔬菜硝酸盐含量,按限量标准要求,芹菜(茎)和西胡芦2个品种硝酸盐含量超标,超标率为10.53%,多数蔬菜品种硝酸盐含量在标准限量要求之内,可以安全食用。
對河北省昌黎縣7箇類彆17箇品種的夏鞦蔬菜Vc營養及硝痠鹽含量進行檢測,結果錶明,類彆間Vc平均含量高低順序為茄果類、白菜類、莖菜類、甘藍類、蔥蒜類、根菜類、瓜類;7箇類彆17箇品種的蔬菜Vc含量,按標準要求,隻有芹菜葉、蒜、油菜、西鬍蘆、茄子、洋蔥達標,達標率為31.58%。類彆間硝痠鹽平均含量高低順序為白菜類、根菜類、莖菜類、甘藍類、蔥蒜類、瓜類、茄果類;7箇類彆17箇品種的蔬菜硝痠鹽含量,按限量標準要求,芹菜(莖)和西鬍蘆2箇品種硝痠鹽含量超標,超標率為10.53%,多數蔬菜品種硝痠鹽含量在標準限量要求之內,可以安全食用。
대하북성창려현7개유별17개품충적하추소채Vc영양급초산염함량진행검측,결과표명,유별간Vc평균함량고저순서위가과류、백채류、경채류、감람류、총산류、근채류、과류;7개유별17개품충적소채Vc함량,안표준요구,지유근채협、산、유채、서호호、가자、양총체표,체표솔위31.58%。유별간초산염평균함량고저순서위백채류、근채류、경채류、감람류、총산류、과류、가과류;7개유별17개품충적소채초산염함량,안한량표준요구,근채(경)화서호호2개품충초산염함량초표,초표솔위10.53%,다수소채품충초산염함량재표준한량요구지내,가이안전식용。
The contents of vitamin C and nitrate in 7 Classes and 17 varieties of vegetables from Changli County were detected.The results showed that: the average content of Vitamin C from high to low in 7 classes of vegetables was eggplants,Chinese cabbages,stem vegetables,cole vegetables,onion and garlic vegetables,root vegetables,melons.According to the national standards,only celery leaves,garlic,rape,summer squash,eggplant,onions were up to the standard among the all samples,and the rate was 31.58%.The order of nitrate average content from high to low in 7 classes of vegetables was: Chinese cabbages,root vegetables,stem vegetables,cole vegetables,onion and garlic vegetables,melons,eggplants.Among all the samples the nitrate content in celery(stem) and summer squash exceeded the limit standard and the rate was 10.53%.Nitrate content of most vegetable varieties was safe and within the limit standard.
