滚轮滑轨的摩擦磨损性能直接影响到民机襟翼运动机构可靠性。为获得表面火焰喷涂碳化钨的钛合金和表面镀硬铬的钢分别与滚轮配合的磨损性能,使用DMAS-II(分析式)智能化铁谱分析系统对民机襟翼运动机构进行可靠性分析。通过质谱仪与铁谱显微镜来进行磨粒分析,从而实现在实际工况中判断摩擦副的磨损程度,预测运动机构的可靠性。试验表明,此方法可广泛应用于脂润滑的摩擦副故障诊断中。
滾輪滑軌的摩抆磨損性能直接影響到民機襟翼運動機構可靠性。為穫得錶麵火燄噴塗碳化鎢的鈦閤金和錶麵鍍硬鉻的鋼分彆與滾輪配閤的磨損性能,使用DMAS-II(分析式)智能化鐵譜分析繫統對民機襟翼運動機構進行可靠性分析。通過質譜儀與鐵譜顯微鏡來進行磨粒分析,從而實現在實際工況中判斷摩抆副的磨損程度,預測運動機構的可靠性。試驗錶明,此方法可廣汎應用于脂潤滑的摩抆副故障診斷中。

Friction and wear properties of the friction pair,which are constituted by track and bearings,directly affect the flap movement mechanism of civil aircraft.To obtain that titanium alloy whose surface flame spraying tungsten,steel whose hsurface chromium plating and the wheel wear performance respectively,we use DMAS-II(analytical) intelligent ferrography analysis system to flap movement mechanism for the civil aircraft for the reliability analysis.Do wear particle analysis through the ferrogram maker and ferroscope,so as to realize that we can judge the wear degree of the friction pair in the actual conditions and predict the reliability of the movement mechanism.Experiments show that the method can be widely applied to the fault diagnosis of the friction pair using lubricating grease.
