为了对既有建筑节能改造的经济性进行评价,本文基于能耗分析,结合厦门市既有建筑节能改造实例,利用建筑能耗分析软件DeST-h计算了既有建筑节能改造前后的能耗,并进行了经济性评价。结果表明:选择适宜的节能改造技术,能够获得较满意的节能改造经济效益。
為瞭對既有建築節能改造的經濟性進行評價,本文基于能耗分析,結閤廈門市既有建築節能改造實例,利用建築能耗分析軟件DeST-h計算瞭既有建築節能改造前後的能耗,併進行瞭經濟性評價。結果錶明:選擇適宜的節能改造技術,能夠穫得較滿意的節能改造經濟效益。

In this paper,in order to evaluate the economic performance of energy-saving retrofit for existing buildings,a real existing project in Xiamen was taken as an example to carry out the analysis of energy consumption with the software of DeST-h.Furthermore,the economic evaluation was given out.The results indicated that the satisfactory economic benefits of energy-saving retrofit could be achieved with the appropriate energy-saving technologies.
