采用单因素试验及交互试验对NaOH溶液提取银杏叶总黄酮的条件进行了优选.结果表明:NaOH浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间、提取次数及同液比对银杏叶总黄酮的提取率均有影响,最佳提取工艺为:用50倍(V/W)的0.25%NaOH溶液于70℃条件下提取2次、每次0.5 h,在该工艺条件下银杏叶总黄酮提取率可达1.264%.

A better technological condition of extracting total flavone was obtained by using the one-factor experiment and interaction experiment.The results showed that different factors had different effect on extracting total flavone from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. include the concentration of NaOH, extracting temperature,extracting hour, extracting times and solid ratio to liquid.The most optimal extracting total flavone from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.were 50 times of 0.25% NaOH at 70℃, extracting 2 times and lasting 0.5 hour each time,the rate of extracting total flavone from Ginkgo biloba L. reached 1.264%.
