泰安深燃LNG工厂首次采用多项国产工艺技术,设备全部实现了国产化.为此,详细介绍了泰安深燃LNG工厂根据原料天然气组成特点、供应情况和工厂处理量规模,综合考虑投资成本、能耗、设备操作的难易程度、设备制作周期等情况.泰安深燃LNG工厂选择了膨胀机制冷的天然气液化工艺,因而从工艺、流程和设备方面详细分析了泰安深燃LNG生产在净化、液化、储运及公用工程、仪表自控等方面的技术特点,总结了其在天然气净化单元采用醇胺法中的MDEA溶液脱除CO_2采用等压吸附脱水,采用了活性炭脱汞、脱苯,在天然气液化单元采用双膨胀机并联制冷等技术创新.最后通过与其他LNG工厂天然气液化流程优缺点的对比,证明了泰安深燃LNG工厂工艺、设备国产化在技术和经济上的优越性.该研究对以后我国建设同类LNG工厂具有借鉴作用.

The Tai'an Shenran LNG plant primarily adopts many domestic technologies for its LNG process and its applied equipments are all made in China. This paper first makes a detailed introduction to how this plant chooses the expansion refrigeration for natural gas liquefaction process according to the compositions of feedstock natural gas, the supply condition, and the processing capacity, and taking into account many factors including the investment cost, energy consumption, operational flexibility, order production cycle of equipments, and so on. Then, in aspects of technology, process and equipments, etc. , technical characteristics are analyzed of purification, liquefaction, storage and transportation, utility system, and autocontrol instrument. Technical innovations are summarized as follows: the CO_2 removal by the MDEA solution in the Oxyamine process, adsorption dehydration by the isopiestic method,and mercury & benzene removal by the activated carbon in the purification unit,' and dual-expander in parallel in the liquefaction unit.Finally, in comparison with the advantages and disadvantages of the liquefaction process in other LNG plants, this paper points out the technical and economical superiorities of the applied domestic technologies and equipments in the Tai'an Shenran LNG Plant. This study provides reference for similar LNG plants in China.
