对1日龄雏鸡人工感染马立克氏病毒,观察不同剂量的硝酸镧对SPF雏鸡红细胞膜ATPase活性的影响.结果表明,硝酸镧对红细胞膜Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase、Mg~(2+)-ATPase活性均有增强作用.表明硝酸镧可通过改变细胞膜上ATPase活性发挥抑制鸡MD肿瘤的作用.
對1日齡雛鷄人工感染馬立剋氏病毒,觀察不同劑量的硝痠鑭對SPF雛鷄紅細胞膜ATPase活性的影響.結果錶明,硝痠鑭對紅細胞膜Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase、Mg~(2+)-ATPase活性均有增彊作用.錶明硝痠鑭可通過改變細胞膜上ATPase活性髮揮抑製鷄MD腫瘤的作用.
대1일령추계인공감염마립극씨병독,관찰불동제량적초산란대SPF추계홍세포막ATPase활성적영향.결과표명,초산란대홍세포막Na~+,K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase、Mg~(2+)-ATPase활성균유증강작용.표명초산란가통과개변세포막상ATPase활성발휘억제계MD종류적작용.
Chicken of one day old was inoculated vMDV, in order to observe effects of different doses of lanthanum nitrate on erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity of SPF chicken. The results showed that lanthanum nitrate could enhance the activity of Na~+, K~+-ATPase, Ca~(2+)-ATPase and Mg~(2+)-ATPase. The results demonstrated that lanthanum nitrate could inhibit chicken MD tumors by changing ATPase activity of cell membranes.
