为了改善锌铝合金线材加工使用性能,依据90°转角挤压原理,采用径向挤压出线工艺制取线材,研究了线材拉拔后的微观组织和力学性能,并与轴向挤压出线工艺进行对比.结果表明,径向挤压出线工艺可明显细化合金组织,且有纤维化倾向.线材抗拉强度降低15%,而伸长率提高30%.该工艺有利于线坯的拉拔加工,减少喷枪送丝途中的阻力.
為瞭改善鋅鋁閤金線材加工使用性能,依據90°轉角擠壓原理,採用徑嚮擠壓齣線工藝製取線材,研究瞭線材拉拔後的微觀組織和力學性能,併與軸嚮擠壓齣線工藝進行對比.結果錶明,徑嚮擠壓齣線工藝可明顯細化閤金組織,且有纖維化傾嚮.線材抗拉彊度降低15%,而伸長率提高30%.該工藝有利于線坯的拉拔加工,減少噴鎗送絲途中的阻力.

Zn-AI alloy wire billets were prepared by ra-dial extrusion based on the 90*angular pressing princi-ple to improve the processing and application perform-ance. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy wire were analyzed. The results show that grain size in the radial extruded alloy wire is obviously re-fined with the formation of fibrous structure. Com-pared with that prepared by axial extrusion, tensile strength of the radial extruded alloy wire is decreased by 15 %, however, elongation is increased by approxi- mately 30 %. The radial extrusion technique is in favor of drawing of wire billets, and the resistance is re-duced during feeding the wire into spraying gun.
