目的:总结食道贲门癌外科手术经验,以减少并发症,提高手术疗效.方法:2006年10月至2008年12月,对56例食道贲门癌患者应用不同方法手术治疗,术后全部进行肠内营养.结果:全部手术切除,无死亡病例,术后发生吻合口瘘1例,吻合口狭窄2例,肺部感染14例.结论:食道贲门癌手术方法中经右胸腹二切口,胸膜顶吻合术式是不错的方法,术后肠内营养是积极辅助手段.
목적:총결식도분문암외과수술경험,이감소병발증,제고수술료효.방법:2006년10월지2008년12월,대56례식도분문암환자응용불동방법수술치료,술후전부진행장내영양.결과:전부수술절제,무사망병례,술후발생문합구루1례,문합구협착2례,폐부감염14례.결론:식도분문암수술방법중경우흉복이절구,흉막정문합술식시불착적방법,술후장내영양시적겁보조수단.
Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of surgical for esophageal cardiac, so as to enhance the surgery curative effect and reduce the occurrence of complications. Method: From October 2006 to December 2008,56 patients suffering form esophageal cardiac received different surgery treatment and they were all given enternal nutrition after operation. Result: All patients underwent total excision .There was no hospital death, and there were postoperatine complications , which consisted of 1 case of escophageal anastomotic leak,2 cases of stenosis of gastroenteric stoma and 14 cases of pulmonary infection.Conclusion: The right chest-abdomen two incisions and cervical pleura anastomoses is good way of treating esophageal, and it's an effective supplementary to give entemal nutrition after surgery.
