通过测定异丁烯的聚合产物聚异丁烯的末端结构,着重研究了BF3/醇、BF3/H2O和AlCl3/H2O催化剂体系对聚异丁烯的末端结构的影响。实验结果表明,BF3/醇配位催化剂体系聚合得到的聚异丁烯的末端结构主要是α-烯烃结构;而BF3/H2O和AlCl3/H2O体系聚合得到的聚异丁烯末端结构主要是β-烯烃结构。在BF3/醇催化剂中,当BF3与醇的摩尔比为1时,聚异丁烯的末端α-烯烃含量达到80%以上并且相对分子质量分布系数为2。
通過測定異丁烯的聚閤產物聚異丁烯的末耑結構,著重研究瞭BF3/醇、BF3/H2O和AlCl3/H2O催化劑體繫對聚異丁烯的末耑結構的影響。實驗結果錶明,BF3/醇配位催化劑體繫聚閤得到的聚異丁烯的末耑結構主要是α-烯烴結構;而BF3/H2O和AlCl3/H2O體繫聚閤得到的聚異丁烯末耑結構主要是β-烯烴結構。在BF3/醇催化劑中,噹BF3與醇的摩爾比為1時,聚異丁烯的末耑α-烯烴含量達到80%以上併且相對分子質量分佈繫數為2。

The end-group structures of highly reactive polyisobutenes(PIB)prepared by three different catalyst systems of BF3/alcohole complex catalyst, BF3/H2O and AlCl3/H2O were studied by using FT-IR and 13C-NMR in an effort to understand the termination mechanisms in polymerization. Experimental results show that more than eighty percent of end-groups can be classified as the groups of α-olefin and relative molecular mass distribution is 2 when molar ratio of alcohol to BF3 is 1. In contrast,β-olefin is dominant in polyisobutenes produced with BF3/H2O or AlCl3/H2O catalysts.
