通过对室内模拟管流低速剪切流动参数的测试和蜡晶显微观察,研究了低速剪切对不同原油低温流动性的影响及对蜡晶影响之间的关系。研究表明,不同组成的原油,低速剪切对蜡晶的影响不同,低速剪切既能破碎蜡晶聚集体,又能形成蜡晶聚集体。管道流动过程中的“恢复”现象实质就是管流低速剪切改善加剂原油低温流动性的表现,其机理是管流的低速剪切使得高速剪切后破碎的蜡晶聚集体重新形成

By means of shear simulation, tests of flow parameters and polarized microscopic observation ,this paper studied the relation between the influence on the wax crystal and that on the low-temperature flow properties of the PPD-treated wax crude due to the low rate shear. It has been experimentally confirmed that the influence caused by the low rate shear on the wax crystal varies from the different crude. It not only can destroy the wax crystal congeries ,but also can prompt their formation. The fluidity recovery during the pipeline flow is essentially the exhibition of the low temperature flow properties improvement of the PPD-treated waxy crude due to the low rate shear during the pipeline flow,the mechanism of which is that the congeries ,which are broken after high rate shear,gather again under the pipe flow shear.
