用正常(未去盲肠)和去盲肠鸡测定进口鱼粉、大豆粕和麸皮的氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率。结果发现:鱼粉的氨基酸真消化率普遍为正常鸡略高于去盲肠鸡,其中胱氨酸、组氨酸、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸和脯氨酸差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);豆粕的氨基酸真消化率两种试鸡很相近,仅有蛋氨酸去盲肠鸡显著高于正常鸡(P<0.05);麸皮的氨基酸真消化率两种试鸡互有高低,蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸和丝氨酸表现为正常鸡显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于去盲肠鸡,胱氨酸、缬氨酸、组氨酸和酪氨酸表现为去盲肠鸡显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于正常鸡。3种饲料的总必需氨基酸和总氨基酸的表观消化率和真消化率在两种试鸡间差异不显著。两种试鸡大部分内源氨基酸排泄量差异亦不显著,仅有甘氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸的内源排泄量差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。从其总氨基酸表观和真消化率来看,两种试鸡间绝大多数测值无显著性差异。

용정상(미거맹장)화거맹장계측정진구어분、대두박화부피적안기산표관소화솔화진소화솔。결과발현:어분적안기산진소화솔보편위정상계략고우거맹장계,기중광안산、조안산、천동안산、사안산화포안산차이현저(P<0.05)혹겁현저(P<0.01);두박적안기산진소화솔량충시계흔상근,부유단안산거맹장계현저고우정상계(P<0.05);부피적안기산진소화솔량충시계호유고저,단안산、이량안산、정안산、천동안산화사안산표현위정상계현저(P<0.05)혹겁현저(P<0.01)고우거맹장계,광안산、힐안산、조안산화락안산표현위거맹장계현저(P<0.05)혹겁현저(P<0.01)고우정상계。3충사료적총필수안기산화총안기산적표관소화솔화진소화솔재량충시계간차이불현저。량충시계대부분내원안기산배설량차이역불현저,부유감안산、천동안산、힐안산적내원배설량차이현저(P<0.05)혹겁현저(P<0.01)。종기총안기산표관화진소화솔래간,량충시계간절대다수측치무현저성차이。
Apparent amino acid digestibility(AAAD) and true amino acid digestibility(TAAD)in fish meal,soybean meal and wheat bran fed to intact and caecotomized cocks were determined.TAAD of His,Cys,Ser,Pro,Asp in fish meal fed to intact cocks were significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)than those in fish meal fed to caecotomized cocks.In soybean meal,there were not significant difference of TAAD between intact and caecotomized cocks except for Met which was digested more by caecotomized cocks than by intact cocks.In wheat bran,TAAD of Met,Ile,Arg,Asp and Ser digested by intact cocks were markedly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01)than those digested by caecotomized cocks,while TAAD of Cys,Val,His,Tyr digested by intact cocks were noticeably lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01)than those digested by caecotomized cocks.There were no significant difference of apparent digestibility and true digestibility of total essential amino acid and total amino acid in three kinds of feed between intact and caecotomized cocks.Endogenous amino acid excreted by above two kinds of cocks differred from each other,but not significantly.
