以肝素为对照品，对林蛙多糖(TCPS)进行了定性分析。经组分鉴别试验、异染试验及其它理化性质的测定，结果表明：TCPS主要由氨基己糖、己糖醛酸和SO42-组成，为类肝素物质。
이간소위대조품，대림와다당(TCPS)진행료정성분석。경조분감별시험、이염시험급기타이화성질적측정，결과표명：TCPS주요유안기기당、기당철산화SO42-조성，위류간소물질。
Componenets of Temperaria chensinensis polysaccharides(TCPS) were identified using Heparin as control sample. The metachromatic test was conducted and other physicochemical properties of TCPS were also studied.The results indicated that TCPS was mainly made up of hexosamine、hexuronic acid and SO42-，suggesting that TCPS was heparinoid．
