提取62份杂交籼稻三系和F1胚乳贮藏蛋白中总蛋白、醇溶蛋白及谷蛋白样品,用SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明,3类样品中谷蛋白的多态性最高,醇溶蛋白最弱,保持系和不育系的谱带相同。根据双亲和F1的谷蛋白谱带特征,可以试用于样品(组合)的真实性和纯度的检测。
提取62份雜交秈稻三繫和F1胚乳貯藏蛋白中總蛋白、醇溶蛋白及穀蛋白樣品,用SDS-PAGE分析。結果錶明,3類樣品中穀蛋白的多態性最高,醇溶蛋白最弱,保持繫和不育繫的譜帶相同。根據雙親和F1的穀蛋白譜帶特徵,可以試用于樣品(組閤)的真實性和純度的檢測。
제취62빈잡교선도삼계화F1배유저장단백중총단백、순용단백급곡단백양품,용SDS-PAGE분석。결과표명,3류양품중곡단백적다태성최고,순용단백최약,보지계화불육계적보대상동。근거쌍친화F1적곡단백보대특정,가이시용우양품(조합)적진실성화순도적검측。
Total protein,alcohol-soluble protein and glutalin were extracted from the endosperm storage protein in 62 varieties including three-line and F1 hybrid rice.The results of SDS-PAGE showed that rich polymorphism of glutelin was found among varieties and polymorphism of alcohol-soluble protein was the lowest.There were no differences of glutelin between CMS lines and maintainer lines.According to the differences of SDS-PAGE pattern of glutelin between parents and F1,the method of SDS-PAGE could be used for the authenticity and purity assessment.
