目的：通过对铝工业区与非铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者的心率变异性(HRV)分析比较，观察其心率变异性是否存在差异，了解高铝工业区污染是否会成为Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心脏病变的重要危险因素之一，即地域环境因素与Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心率变异性的相关性。方法：设立铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病组与非铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病组，对两组患者分别做传统自主神经功能检查及Holter检测。结果：①铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病组24 h R-R间期标准差(SDNN)(ms)，相临正常R-R间期差值超过50 ms的百分数(PNN50)显著低于非铝工业区组，其R-R间期的总能、高、低频段的幅度亦明显低于非铝工业区组。②铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病组的SDNN、SDANN、PNN50显著低于非铝区组，其R-R间期的总能、高、低频段的幅度亦明显低于非铝区组。结论：铝工业区Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心率变异性降低更为显著，提示与铝工业区污染有相关性。
목적：통과대려공업구여비려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병(NIDDM)환자적심솔변이성(HRV)분석비교，관찰기심솔변이성시부존재차이，료해고려공업구오염시부회성위Ⅱ형당뇨병환자심장병변적중요위험인소지일，즉지역배경인소여Ⅱ형당뇨병환자심솔변이성적상관성。방법：설립려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병조여비려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병조，대량조환자분별주전통자주신경공능검사급Holter검측。결과：①려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병조24 h R-R간기표준차(SDNN)(ms)，상림정상R-R간기차치초과50 ms적백분수(PNN50)현저저우비려공업구조，기R-R간기적총능、고、저빈단적폭도역명현저우비려공업구조。②려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병조적SDNN、SDANN、PNN50현저저우비려구조，기R-R간기적총능、고、저빈단적폭도역명현저우비려구조。결론：려공업구Ⅱ형당뇨병환자심솔변이성강저경위현저，제시여려공업구오염유상관성。
Objective：The heart rate variability of type Ⅱ diabites mellitus(DM) in aluminium industr y district and in no-aluminium industry district was compared with,desire to find the difference of them and the relativity between aluminium industry pollution and the heart rate variability.Methods：Using 24 hour rate spectrum analysis method,the patients with diabetes in aluminium industry district and in no-aluminium industry district were examed respectively.Results：①The 24 hour standdeviationxof R-R interval and PNN50 of DM in aluminium i ndustry district were much lower than those in no-aluminium industry district. ②The amplitude and power of total,high and low frequencies of 24 hour heart rate specturm of DM in aluminium industry district were lower than those in no-alu minium industry district.Conclusion：The decline of the heart rate variability of diabetes in aluminium industry district was related with aluminium industry pollution.
