目的:研究抑癌基因p16蛋白在前列腺癌及前列腺非典型增生中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化(S-P法)对70例前列腺癌、10 例前列腺正常组织、20例前列腺增生症、40例前列腺非典型增生及30例前列腺癌旁前列腺非典型增生组织进行p16蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果:70例前列腺癌中有31例为阳性反应(45%),10 例正常前列腺组织及20例前列腺增生症均表达,40例前列腺非典型增生中28例呈阳性反应(7 0%),30例前列腺癌旁前列腺非典型增生组织中有21例呈阳性反应(70%)。p16蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达明显低于前列腺非典型增生和前列腺癌旁的非典型增生。结论:抑癌基因p16蛋白在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

목적:연구억암기인p16단백재전렬선암급전렬선비전형증생중적표체。방법:채용면역조화(S-P법)대70례전렬선암、10 례전렬선정상조직、20례전렬선증생증、40례전렬선비전형증생급30례전렬선암방전렬선비전형증생조직진행p16단백적면역조화검측。결과:70례전렬선암중유31례위양성반응(45%),10 례정상전렬선조직급20례전렬선증생증균표체,40례전렬선비전형증생중28례정양성반응(7 0%),30례전렬선암방전렬선비전형증생조직중유21례정양성반응(70%)。p16단백재전렬선암중적표체명현저우전렬선비전형증생화전렬선암방적비전형증생。결론:억암기인p16단백재전렬선암적발생발전중발휘중요작용。
Objective: To study the expression of p16 gene in prostatic carcinoma and dysplasia.Methods:Immunohistochemistry (S-P) assay was carried out,im munohistochemical detection of p16 protein in 70 cases prostatic carcinoma,10 ca ses normal prostatic tissues and 20 cases prostatic hyperplasia,40 cases prostat ic dysplasia and 30 cases prostatic dysplasia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma.Results:31 cases showed positive staining of p16 protein (45% ) in 70 cases prostatic carcinoma,all cases showed positive staining of p16 prot ein in 10 cases normal prostatic tissues and 20 cases prostatic hyperplasia.28 cases showed postive staining of p16 protein(70%) in 40 cases prostatic dysplasi a.21 cases showed positive staining of p16 protein(70%) in 30 cases prostatic dysplasia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma, the expression level of p16 protein in prostatic carcinoma is markedly lower than that of dysplasia and prostatic dyspla sia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma. Conclusion: p16 gene play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of prostatic.
