目的:研究性激素与血脂的关系对高血压病发病的作用及可能机理。方法:用放免法测定男性更年期高血压病患者及对照者的血清睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平。用酶法测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平。结果:(1)男性更年期高血压组血清P水平显著高于对照组,血清T水平高于对照组。(2)男性更年期高血压组血清E2水平、E2/P不同程度低于对照组。(3)更年期高血压组T与动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、TC及TG呈正相关,与HDL水平呈负相关。P与AI、TC呈显著正相关,与HDL呈显著负相关。E2与AI、TC及TG水平呈负相关,与HDL水平呈正相关。结论:性激素失衡在男性更年期高血压病发病中可能起一定作用,可能与其致血脂代谢异常有关。

목적:연구성격소여혈지적관계대고혈압병발병적작용급가능궤리。방법:용방면법측정남성경년기고혈압병환자급대조자적혈청고동(T)、잉동(P)、자이순(E2)수평。용매법측정혈청담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)급고밀도지단백(HDL)수평。결과:(1)남성경년기고혈압조혈청P수평현저고우대조조,혈청T수평고우대조조。(2)남성경년기고혈압조혈청E2수평、E2/P불동정도저우대조조。(3)경년기고혈압조T여동맥죽양경화지수(AI)、TC급TG정정상관,여HDL수평정부상관。P여AI、TC정현저정상관,여HDL정현저부상관。E2여AI、TC급TG수평정부상관,여HDL수평정정상관。결론:성격소실형재남성경년기고혈압병발병중가능기일정작용,가능여기치혈지대사이상유관。
Objective: To sdudy the relationship between sex hormones and blood-lipid and their effects on the hypertension invasion and probable mechanism. Methods:To detect the blood serum testosterone(T),pregnendione(P) and estradiol(E2)levels of the male patients with climacteric hypertension and the control group by radioimmunoassay.To detect the blood serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)concentrations of the patients group and the control group by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:(1)The blood serum P levels of the male climacteric hypertension patients were significantly higher than those of the control group and their T levels were higher than those of the control group as well. (2) blood E2 concentrations and the ratio E2/P of hypertension patients were decreased than those of the control group in various degrees.(3) In the climacteric hypertension group,the T levels correlated positively to the AI (atherogenic index),but TC and TG levels negatively correlated to HDL levels.The Plevels positively correlated with the AI and TC levels but negatively correlated with HDL levels significantly.The blood E2 levels correlated negatively to AI,TC and TG levels,but positively to HDL levels.Conclusion:Sex hormones disequilibrium played a certain role in the invasion of male climacteric hypertension.This was probaby relative to the blood lipid metabolic disorder caused by sex hormones disequilibrium.
