目的：探讨卵巢转移性印戒细胞瘤的声像图特征。材料与方法：应用彩色多普勒对14例均经组织病理学证实的卵巢转移性印戒细胞瘤进行观察及对照分析。结果：在盆腔内检测到边界不清，形态不规则，内部回声不均质，以低、等回声和囊实混合性回声团块。其中2例低回声，5例等回声，7例囊实混合性回声。病灶位置左侧1例，右侧5例，双侧8例，10例病灶内均见有彩色血流信号。频谱的特点为高速低阻力型。结论：二维超声与彩色多普勒相结合，有助于对卵巢转移性印戒细胞瘤的诊断并提供了可靠的诊断依据及临床价值。
목적：탐토란소전이성인계세포류적성상도특정。재료여방법：응용채색다보륵대14례균경조직병이학증실적란소전이성인계세포류진행관찰급대조분석。결과：재분강내검측도변계불청，형태불규칙，내부회성불균질，이저、등회성화낭실혼합성회성단괴。기중2례저회성，5례등회성，7례낭실혼합성회성。병조위치좌측1례，우측5례，쌍측8례，10례병조내균견유채색혈류신호。빈보적특점위고속저조력형。결론：이유초성여채색다보륵상결합，유조우대란소전이성인계세포류적진단병제공료가고적진단의거급림상개치。
Objective: To evaluate the value of sonography in the diagnosisof metastatic signet ring - cell cancer of ovary. Methods: Fourteen cases of signet ring-cell cancer confirmed by pathology were examined by sonography. Results: Sonogram showed the tumor mass had indistinct margin, irregular in shape, heterogeneous with a mixture cystic and solid echogeneity. In which 2 cases were hypoechoic, 5 cases were isoechoic. 7 cases showed cystic and solid echogenity. The site of tumor: lcase was located on left side. 5 cases on right side, 8 cases were bilateral. There were color blood flow signal in 10 cases. The frequency spectrum is characterized by high speed low resistance. Conclusions: The combination of 2D color Doppler sonography is helpful in the diagnosis of metastatic signet ring - cell cancer of the ovary.
