为了提高镁合金的力学性能和铸造性能,试验研究了典型镁合金ZM5的各组元对性能的影响,特别研究了添加金属银对性能的改善。在此基础上采用正交试验法优选出新型镁合金GQMZ96的成分和配比,该合金与国内外常用镁合金相比,具有较好的力学性能和铸造性能,发展前景广阔。
為瞭提高鎂閤金的力學性能和鑄造性能,試驗研究瞭典型鎂閤金ZM5的各組元對性能的影響,特彆研究瞭添加金屬銀對性能的改善。在此基礎上採用正交試驗法優選齣新型鎂閤金GQMZ96的成分和配比,該閤金與國內外常用鎂閤金相比,具有較好的力學性能和鑄造性能,髮展前景廣闊。

Influence of the alloying elements , especially Ag addition on the properties of typical Mg alloy ZM5 is studied in order to improve mechanical and cast properties of Mg alloy. The composition and proportion of the new Mg alloy GQMZ96 are optimized by the method of orthogonal experiment based on above study. The Mg alloy has the higher mechanical and cast properties as compared with conventional Mg alloy at home and abroad and the broad prospects.
