枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis) SO113对水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae)有强烈的抑菌作用(表现出一透明抑菌圈)。于培养液上清中加入60%饱和度的硫酸铵沉淀所得的蛋白粗提液对热稳定,对链霉蛋白酶E不敏感,对蛋白酶K部分敏感,对中国各稻区白叶枯病菌的7种致病型都有强烈的抑杀作用。蛋白粗提液100℃加热15 min后脱盐,经DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow柱层析得3个未分开的抗菌活性峰,未吸附部分经CM-Sepharose Fast Flow柱层析,得到1个主活性峰。由于B.subtilis SO113的分泌蛋白对水稻白叶枯病菌表现出良好的广谱抗性以及丰富的抗菌活性峰,因此对其进一步的研究和设法克隆编码抗菌蛋白的基因都具有重要意义。
枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis) SO113對水稻白葉枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae)有彊烈的抑菌作用(錶現齣一透明抑菌圈)。于培養液上清中加入60%飽和度的硫痠銨沉澱所得的蛋白粗提液對熱穩定,對鏈黴蛋白酶E不敏感,對蛋白酶K部分敏感,對中國各稻區白葉枯病菌的7種緻病型都有彊烈的抑殺作用。蛋白粗提液100℃加熱15 min後脫鹽,經DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow柱層析得3箇未分開的抗菌活性峰,未吸附部分經CM-Sepharose Fast Flow柱層析,得到1箇主活性峰。由于B.subtilis SO113的分泌蛋白對水稻白葉枯病菌錶現齣良好的廣譜抗性以及豐富的抗菌活性峰,因此對其進一步的研究和設法剋隆編碼抗菌蛋白的基因都具有重要意義。

In in vitro tests,Bacillus subtilis SO113 showed strongly antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo)(showing a clear inhibition zone,anti-Xoo).A crude antibacterial preparation(CAP)was obtained by adding ammonium sulphate to supernatant fluid of B.subtilis SO113 to a final saturation of 60% and displayed strong killing activity to 7 pathotypes of Xoo which covers all rice cropping-region in China.The anti-Xoo activity of CAP is thermostable,resistant to p
roteinase E,and partially sensitive to proteinase K.One and three peaks with anti-Xoo activity were obtained from CAP, which previously heated at 100℃ for 15 min and salts was removed from, after DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow and CM-Sepharose Fast Flow, respectively. It is significant to clone the genes encoding those anti-Xoo peptides because the anti-Xoo peptides from B.subtilis SO113 showed extensively inhibitory activities against 7 pathotypes of Xoo in China.
