1999年和2000年5月~9月在锡林郭勒盟东乌旗贺斯格乌拉牧场进行了草原植被不同利用强度对水土流失影响的研究。试验表明,草原植被的利用强度与水土流失密切相关。例如2000年9月12日的降雨量为17.5mm,对照区的清水径流量为8427.70m3/km2,土壤侵蚀量为8.03t/km2;轻度利用区分别为9426.41m3/km2和24.42t/km2;中度利用区分别为12162.59m3/km2和63.88t/km2;重度利用区分别为13649.22m3/km2和160.04t/km2。除植被因素外,降雨量、降雨强度以及地形都影响水土流失的多少。

The influence of utilization of grassland vegetation on water andsoil losses was studied in the Hesigewula Ranch,Dongwu Banner,Xilinguole League,Inner Mongolia from May to September 1999 and 2000.The results showed that the utilization of grassland vegetation was related with water erosoin.Precipitation was 17.5mm on 12 September,2000,and runoff averaged 8 427.70m3/km2,soil loss was 8.03t/km2 in control plot,runoff and soil loss were 9 426.41 m3/km2 and 24.42t/km2 in light utilization plot,12 162.59m3/km2 and 63.88t/km2 in moderate utilization plot,13 649.22 m3/km2 and 160.04t/km2 in heavy utilization plot,respectively.In addition to vegetation condition,water erosion was also affected by precipitation,rainfall intensity and slope.
