采用不同剂量不同能量的离子处理小麦新品种豫麦39和优质小麦品种豫麦47、陕优225、兰考90(6)-4,PH82-2-2和一些高代品系,发现出苗率、株高等性状的变异相差很大.结果证明,用30keV,3×1017N+*cm-2离子注入豫麦39效果最佳.M1代株高比Ck(未处理的本品种)降低12~29 cm.M2代共选18株,株高67~83 cm,平均76.8 cm,克服了豫麦39植株偏高的缺点,保留了该品种的诸多优点.

Yumai 39,Yumai 47,Shanyou 225,Lankao 90(6)-4,PH82-2-2,and other high generation lines of high quality wheat were implanted by ion beam with different dose and different energy.It was found that many mutations appeared in M1 generation.It was proved that 30 keV and 3×1017N+/cm2 produced the best results.Plant height of Yumai 39 M1 decreases by 12~29cm.compared to the CK(the plant height of contrast sample is 95 cm).Eighteen in M2 were choosen plant height is 67~83 cm,with an average of 76.8 cm,the disadvantafes of Yumai39 (Higher plant height) were overcome,and many advantages were kept.
