This paper introduces the design concept and main const ruction of a on-line analyzer according to the characteristics of sodium alumin ate in the process of alumina production and demonstrates in detail its precisio n and reliable test. It further proves that on-line analysis of sodium aluminat e can be completely realized through detecting its conductivity rate.
