本文通过对空心可熔金属芯制造工艺及表面处理工艺的研究,成功地实现了Ti3Al基合金铸件的金属型铸造。研究结果表明:(1)利用金属型及可熔性金属芯可以铸出合格的Ti3Al基合金铸件;(2)该技术的重点在于可熔性金属芯的应用,可熔性金属芯既要能使合金液圆满充型,又要在充型结束后熔化以减少收缩阻力;(3)金属芯上的涂层是保证合金成分稳定与圆满充型的关键。
本文通過對空心可鎔金屬芯製造工藝及錶麵處理工藝的研究,成功地實現瞭Ti3Al基閤金鑄件的金屬型鑄造。研究結果錶明:(1)利用金屬型及可鎔性金屬芯可以鑄齣閤格的Ti3Al基閤金鑄件;(2)該技術的重點在于可鎔性金屬芯的應用,可鎔性金屬芯既要能使閤金液圓滿充型,又要在充型結束後鎔化以減少收縮阻力;(3)金屬芯上的塗層是保證閤金成分穩定與圓滿充型的關鍵。
본문통과대공심가용금속심제조공예급표면처리공예적연구,성공지실현료Ti3Al기합금주건적금속형주조。연구결과표명:(1)이용금속형급가용성금속심가이주출합격적Ti3Al기합금주건;(2)해기술적중점재우가용성금속심적응용,가용성금속심기요능사합금액원만충형,우요재충형결속후용화이감소수축조력;(3)금속심상적도층시보증합금성분은정여원만충형적관건。
Based on an experimental study of the melt-able core and itssurface treatment technique, the castings with intermetallic compound Ti3Al-based alloy have been successfully cast in the permanent mold. The result shows that first, the Ti3Al castings can be manufactured by permanent mold casting; second, key of the technology is the use of a melt-able core which should not only bear pressure of the mold filling metal melt, but also could reduce the resistance of the core to metal contraction by the core being molten; and finally, the coating of the core is also one of the key technology for ensuring the alloy melt being successfully filled and against its composition being changed.
