讨论了将二级Lobatto Ⅲ-C方法运用到变系数线性滞时微分方程的数值耗散性.首先给出线性滞时微分方程为耗散的一个充分条件,然后将二级Lobatto Ⅲ-C方法结合线性插值运用于此耗散的滞时方程,进而验证数值解序列的耗散性.最后给出了一个数值例子说明以上结果.

This paper focuses on numerical dissipativity of the two - stage Lobatto Ⅲ - C method for solving linear delay differential equations with variable coefficients. A sufficient condition is given to ensure that a class of linear delay differential equations is dissipative. We apply the two - stage Lobatto Ⅲ - C method to those dissipative equations with a linear interpolation and then investigate the numerical dissipativity of the numerical solution sequence. A numerical example is given to illustrate our results.
