Synthesis and modification technology of hyperbranehed organosilicon resins from ABn(n= 2,3,4) mon-omers were summarized in detail, including hyperbranehed polycarbosilanes, hyperbranched polycarbosiloxanes and hyper-branched polyalkoxysilanes. Especially, monomer molecular designation and preparation method of funcational hyper-branched organosilicon resins containing unsaturated double-bonds and epoxy group also were diseuused. Application pro-gress of hyperbranched organosilicon resins in membrane materials, complex catalysts and reinforcement additives fields were reviewed.
