目的:旨在研究新疆柯尔克孜族HLA-DRB1位点等位基因的多态性.方法:采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异引物法(PCR-SSP)对新疆地区柯尔克孜族85名健康无关个体进行HLA-DRB1等位基因分型.结果:共检出HLA-DRB1位点等位基因14种,其中高频率的等位基因是HLA-DRB1*03 (0.3769)、 HLA-DRB1*11 (0.1391)、 HLA-DRB1*07 (0.1056),低频率的等位基因是HLA-DRB1*08 (0.0059)、 HLA-DRB1*01 (0.0178)、 HLA-DRB1*1302 (0.0178)、 HLA-DRB1*1401 (0.0118).柯尔克孜族的HLA-DRB1基因频率分布具有中国北方人群的特点,尤其与西北地区汉族和蒙古族人群最为接近(0.156 、 0.237). 结论:提供了新疆地区柯尔克孜族人HLA-DRB1的14种等位基因的基因频率,为该民族的人类学及疾病相关研究提供了参考数据.
目的:旨在研究新疆柯爾剋孜族HLA-DRB1位點等位基因的多態性.方法:採用聚閤酶鏈反應-序列特異引物法(PCR-SSP)對新疆地區柯爾剋孜族85名健康無關箇體進行HLA-DRB1等位基因分型.結果:共檢齣HLA-DRB1位點等位基因14種,其中高頻率的等位基因是HLA-DRB1*03 (0.3769)、 HLA-DRB1*11 (0.1391)、 HLA-DRB1*07 (0.1056),低頻率的等位基因是HLA-DRB1*08 (0.0059)、 HLA-DRB1*01 (0.0178)、 HLA-DRB1*1302 (0.0178)、 HLA-DRB1*1401 (0.0118).柯爾剋孜族的HLA-DRB1基因頻率分佈具有中國北方人群的特點,尤其與西北地區漢族和矇古族人群最為接近(0.156 、 0.237). 結論:提供瞭新疆地區柯爾剋孜族人HLA-DRB1的14種等位基因的基因頻率,為該民族的人類學及疾病相關研究提供瞭參攷數據.

Objective: To investigate polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 in Khalkhas of Xinjiang. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) was used to determine HLA-DRB1 genotypes of 85 unrelated healthy Khalkhas of Xinjiang, compared with other different ethnic groups mainly from northwest of China. Results: 14 alleles of HLA-DRB1 were detected. The allele frequency of HLA-DRB1*03 (0.3759) was the highest;The allele frequencies of HLA-DRB1*11 (0.1391), HLA-DRB1*07 (0.1056) and HLA-DRB1*15 (0.1056) were higher;The allele frequency of HLA-DRB1*08 (0.0059), HLA-DRB1*01 (0.0178), HLA-DRB1*1302 (0.0178) and HLA-DRB1*1401 (0.0118) were low, and HLA-DRB1*08 was the lowest. The overall allele distribution profile on HLA-DRB1 of the Khalkhas had the same characteristic as that of northern groups in China, and was much dramatically close to that of Mongolia and northwest Hans. Conclusion: This study has provided 14 normal alleles frequencies of HLA-DRB1 on Xinjiang Khalkhas, which is of important reference value for studies on anthropology and related illnesses in Khalkhas nationality.
