传统像面扫描系统通常由旋转电机驱动,转动变平动,存在中间传动环节,引入摩擦、间隙、机械形变等问题,破坏系统高速运行时的稳定性.文章设计了由音圈电机驱动的像面扫描系统,具有无滞后、高响应、高加速度、高速度、控制方便等优点,实现了高精度往复运动,获得了高质量图像.在调试像面扫描控制器参数的过程中,开发了基于Labview和GEL语言的图形化调试界面,缩短了开发周期,可以推广到其他电机控制调试系统中.

The traditional image scanning system is usually driven by a rotary motor, which transforms rotary motion into translational motion. There is transmission links, as a result,friction,clearance,mechanical deformation were introduced, the stability of the system dur-ing high-speed was undermined. In order to achieve high-precision reciprocating movement and obtain high-quality images, the image scanning system which was driven by the voice coil motor was designed, with the advantage of no lag, high response, high acceleration, high speed, easy to control, etc. During debugging the parameters of scanning controller, the graphical debugging interface based on Labview and GEL language was developed, shorten the development cycle, which can also be extended to other motor control debugging system.
