通过实验验证了脉冲激光辐照CCD引起的饱和干扰,详细分析了峰值功率、脉冲宽度、重复频率等脉冲激光参数,通过构建仿真模型分析了单个参数对探测器饱和阈值的影响,仿真结果表明:脉宽越大,峰值功率越高,重复频率越大,越能使探测器达到饱和状态.
通過實驗驗證瞭脈遲激光輻照CCD引起的飽和榦擾,詳細分析瞭峰值功率、脈遲寬度、重複頻率等脈遲激光參數,通過構建倣真模型分析瞭單箇參數對探測器飽和閾值的影響,倣真結果錶明:脈寬越大,峰值功率越高,重複頻率越大,越能使探測器達到飽和狀態.

The saturation jam caused by pulse laser radiation CCD is validated via the experiment; the parameters of pulse laser such as peak power, pulse width, repetition frequency are particularly analyzed. The simulation model is constructed to analyze the single parameter's effect on saturation threshold of the detector, the simulation results show that the bigger pulse width, higher peak power and bigger repetition frequency make the detector more easily to reach saturation.
