研究了以负载型Pd/C为催化剂呋喃加氢制备四氢呋喃工艺条件,探讨了呋喃加氢反应条件对制取四氢呋喃的影响.实验结果表明,在一定反应条件下,呋喃的转化率可达92%,四氢呋喃的收率约为90.2%.其催化剂反应活性高,选择性好,反应条件比较温和.

A activated carbon supported Pd catalyst was prepared,and used for hydrogenation of furan to tetmhydrofuran.The effects of reaction conditions on the hydrogenation of furan were investigated,and the optimum conditions were determined.Under the optimized reaction conditions,the yield of tetrahydrofuran could be up to 90.2%with a conversion of furan over 92%.The catalyst showed good activity and selectivity under mild reaction conditions.
